Much of Eric’s practice is focused on serving clients in an external general counsel capacity, helping them resolve operational legal matters and advance business objectives. He also helps high growth clients with securing financing (including venture capital), and provides legal advice and representation in significant transactional matters, including stock purchases, debt transactions, major commercial transactions, and M&A.
Eric formerly served as in-house counsel for a national retail chain with over 1,200 stores and a regional restaurant chain with over 300 stores.
