Liz is a paralegal for the firm, working primarily for attorneys practicing estate planning, probate and corporate law. In estate planning, she assists lawyers in the preparation of wills, revocable trusts, and other estate planning documentation such as living wills and powers of attorney. She also assists the firm’s probate attorneys through all aspects of the probate process, including drafting pleadings, transferring property title, moving assets, and working with financial institutions. She assists the firm’s corporate attorneys in business formation, state filings, and annual meetings.
In addition to earning a B.A. in political science from the University of Washington and a Paralegal Certificate, Liz also participated in the Rule 6 Law School Program for the Washington State Bar Association from 2009-2011.
