Before joining PRK Livengood, Chloe worked at O’Connell Law, LLC, a Massachusetts firm specializing in estate planning and elder law. As a attorney, she led the estate administration practice, practiced estate planning, supervised legal staff, and handled a large caseload of estate planning and probate matters She also played a key role in firm-wide policy development and mentoring new legal professionals.
During law school, Chloe clerked at O’Connell Law, where she honed her skills in estate planning and probate, gaining hands-on experience in document drafting and client consultations. She also completed a fellowship at The Law Offices of David B. Summer, where she worked employment and real estate law matters.
Personal Interests & Community Involvement
When not practicing law, Chloe is an avid cook and enjoys sourcing fresh ingredients from Pike Place Market to experiment with French cuisine. Inspired by Julia Child, she finds joy in perfecting classic recipes. She also has a passion for travel, with Europe and the Carribean among her favorite destinations. When she’s not in the kitchen or exploring new places, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
