About Leslie

Paralegal Leslie Green has been with the firm for 26 years, including the time she worked with many of the PRKL attorneys while at Williams Kastner & Gibbs.  She supports the firm and clients in corporate and transactional law matters, including business formation, maintenance, acquisitions, mergers, transactional closings, and securities matters (including the preparation and filing of documents under Regulation D).

She additionally assists attorneys in a variety of commercial and residential real estate matters, including the preparation of conveyance and finance documents and assisting with real estate closings.

Leslie graduated from Washington State University with a B.A. in Criminal Justice and a minor in Political Science.  She received a Paralegal Certificate with a specialty in corporate and real estate law from the University of San Diego.  She held a Washington Limited Practice Officer license (1991, Washington Supreme Court under Rule 12).

Leslie is a native Washingtonian, and a proud WAZZU cougar fan.  Outside of work, she enjoys pickleball, glamping in her travel trailer, supporting her boyfriend as pit crew at motocross races and spending time east of the mountains on the Columbia River on her pontoon boat.
