Peterson Russell Kelly Livengood (PRK Livengood) is proud to announce the promotion of Jonathan Brodin to Partner. Jonathan joined PRK Livengood in 2017 and has been a key contributor to the firm and the firm’s clients ever since.

Jonathan’s practice is focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate governance. He has extensive experience representing businesses and their owners on both the buyer and seller sides of various transactions, including internal ownership transitions, asset purchases, stock purchases, and redemptions, ensuring that his clients are equipped and supported during the transaction process. Jonathan also advises his business owner clients on business formation, shareholder agreements, operating agreements, employment issues, commercial leasing, and other business matters.
