With over two decades of experience in the corporate sector and a background in business law, estate planning & probate, and finance & securities, Erin’s practice focuses on assisting small to medium-sized businesses and startups, providing a range of services including entity formations, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, and succession planning. Additionally, her experience extends to nonprofit law, where she brings valuable insights from her own experience as a nonprofit founder.

Prior to joining PRK Livengood, Erin operated her solo practice, Law Office of Erin Albanese, PLLC. She also worked in firms such as Vinson & Elkins in Houston and other large international law firms in Boston and Washington, D.C. in the areas of corporate and securities law. Outside the office, she is known for her passion for creative writing, traveling, and her love for the Pacific Northwest.
