She understands the legal and operational nuances involved in large-scale transactions and works to ensure that deals are structured efficiently and aligned with her clients’ long-term objectives. Tanya works closely with clients through each stage of a transaction, including structuring, due diligence, negotiation, closing, and post-closing matters.

Background & Experience

Before joining PRK Livengood, Tanya practiced at California-based Hoge, Fenton, Jones & Appel, Inc,, where she advised clients on a broad range of corporate and real estate matters. She also served as Associate General Counsel for a real estate investment company, gaining valuable in-house experience and a deeper understanding of how legal strategy supports business operations and growth.

Earlier in her career, Tanya practiced at a boutique law firm in San Jose, CA, focusing on corporate transactions and equity compensation matters.

Personal

Outside of her practice, Tanya enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children.  She enjoys cooking, staying active, and exploring wellness-focused routines.
