Our Policy Regarding Cookies and Information Collected Through Our Website

Personally-Identifiable Information Collected through the Submission of a Contact Form

If a contact form is submitted through the website, the information provided by the user is collected and stored. This information may be used to contact the person submitting such information, and for follow-up contact by our firm. We also use information submitted to us by users who become firm clients in connection with providing legal services, which may include the disclosure of information to third parties solely in connection with the performance of such legal services. We do not sell or otherwise disclose this information.
The submission of a contact form does not establish an attorney-client relationship. We will not be taking any action on behalf of a client unless and until our firm has agreed in writing to serve as legal counsel through the execution of a representation agreement. In this case, our representation will be solely as set forth in such representation agreement.
